Prayer Request Form
At First United Methodist Church we have an ongoing prayer list of those requesting prayer, either for themselves or for someone they hold close in their heart. We invite you to add to this list as well. Send us the name of a person you wish to surround with prayer, and we will include it to our church prayer list for the prayers of others.
